  我想从其他欧洲国家买台二手车然后开到芬兰，请问需要交什么费用和手续，尤其是税和保险方面。谢谢

再问：上购买地国家（欧盟）的车牌开回来，是不是就不用上芬兰这边的车辆税了？？

那你每年要到当地国家年审,另外保险也比较麻烦.
