Answers to the subsections of questions (1a, 1b, 1c etc.) may be written on the same piece of paper. 2. Write your name and date of birth on the upper right-hand corner of every sheet, and write the subject (sociology, for instance) of the question in the upper left-hand corner of the paper. 3. Try to write neatly so that your answers are easily readable. 4. The advisable length of answers to essay questions is from one to four pages (one sheet), but there is no set limit to the number of pages. Be as precise and complete as possible. 5. Please note that cheating in the examination results in immediate expulsion. Looking at other people's papers, talking and/or consulting a book or notes and using a cellular phone are strictly forbidden. 6. Snacks and soft drinks are allowed only when their consumption does not disturb others. 7. No dictionaries, electronic pocket translators or cellular telephones are allowed. 8. Non-programmable calculators are allowed. 9. If, during the examination, you have any questions or you need to go to the toilet, please raise your hand to attract the supervisor’s attention. 10. When you are leaving, return your papers and show your identification papers (passport or ID card) to the supervisors. 11. All papers are to be left in the examination hall after the examination. Even the papers that you used for notes or for scribbling are to be handed to the supervisors when you return your answers and the question-papers. 12.
