Responsibilities - Manage and recruit highly motivated and hardworking drivers
- Deliver trainings to help drivers get familiar with their assigned areas, with software operation in order to boost delivery efficiency
- Serve as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers
- Design and optimize the driving routes to increase order density and reduce gas costs
- Design and implement drivers' rewarding system to incentivise efficient high-quality delivery
Job Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the delivery industry
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner; Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Computer proficient. Above average MS Word/Excel skills
- Driving License
- Language skills: bilingual in English or Mandarin is a plus
